     Instead of replace the cylinder you can cut a metal key copy and tape the head of another transponder key to the metal key to program it.

      Yeah of course you can, but i wont cut these keys that i leave in the kit. That way i can keep using this method on various cars to retrieve pin codes.
    Otherwise id be stuck with a bunch random keys cuts to diffrent cars, unless the customer requests additional keys then ill have them cut.
